Return Policy

IVER The Label accepts returns and offers either a store credit or a full refund in the original payment form. As our stock is limited with each drop, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or colours.

If you would like to organise a return, please email hello@iverthelabel.com with the subject title ‘RETURN’ within 14 days of the delivery date, and we will provide you with postage details. Please include your name and order number in the return request. All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Customers must cover the cost of return postage unless the garment is faulty or the incorrect item was sent to you.

Return items will only be accepted if garments:

• Are in new and unused condition
• Have the swing tag and all labels attached
• Are unwashed
• Do not smell of perfume, tan, or other beauty products

IVER The Label has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy or are returned without written approval. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered parcels in the shipping process. Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Store Credit

We will happily provide you with a store credit for the amount of the returned garment. This will be issued as a gift certificate. To use your store credit, simply enter your unique code at checkout.
